Foreign Law Research

The Foreign Law section of GlobaLex is dedicated to law research scholarship in nearly all jurisdictions of the world. Articles are written by experts from those jurisdictions who bring their unique and local perspectives. These contributions offer an overview and analysis of legal systems, including a discussion about governments and their structure, identify sources of law, and provide descriptions and compilations of primary and secondary publications. The most up-to-date version of each article is listed in alphabetical order by the name of the jurisdiction. Historical versions of each article are linked in the publication statement, located above the Table of Contents, within each article. If a jurisdiction is not represented, please contact the Editor, as new suggestions are welcomed.
